Funny how the slimey reputation never goes away. No matter what else you breed in what numbers, you can never escape your slimey reputation. :twitcy:

Very interesting, I have never heard of a club auction on a weekday before. Hope there is some good stuff there.

Since it's for members only, they do it at their regular meeting time. When they do the big public auction in the Fall, it's done on the weekend.

If my nieghbourhood is any indication, Jay is driving home in Pam's April Fool's joke tonight. It's not funny anymore Pam, cut it out. ::(:

Yes it was snowing on the way home. Some areas I passed through were just mixed rain and snow. Enough already!

Forgot the camera so there are no pics. I had even put newly charged batteries in it.

It was an excellent turnout and lots of stuff to be had from platys to blue rams, to rainbows, to yellow labs, to endlers and more. There were snails and crayfish, plants, canister filters, worm cultures, and even a tank. More stuff too, but too much to list (or count on remembering.

I came home with micro worm cultures... yes I got 2... figuring as I've never tried them before that gives me two chances at success. I tried for white worms too but was outbid. i bought some plants too. For once I actually spent less than I made so I came home with a few bucks in my pocket (helps pay for gas and parking...lol.)

Hey! Quit laughing. You probably put Pam up to it.

More about the auction. There was also lots of wood in varying sizes, many pieces came with moss. There was even a massive 25 lb. bag of flake food.:wideeyed: And someone managed to snag 4 - 48 inch flourescent bulbs for $1.
