Actually has any club in Canada been able to put on a IBC sanctioned show lately? I know we tried for the CAOAC convention, but I think the problem was getting an IBC sanctioned judge. *curious*

I wonder if contacting the IBC folks might be a way to find out as they probably keep records of requests.

i am out west but a member of Betta Breeders Canada. My friend is an apprentice judge with the IBC and hopefully will be ready to help us out when we have our first show.

That would be good. I know the more judges the better.

That's fantastic! A Betta show must be an amazing thing to see. Betta Breeders Canada fills a niche that we've needed in Canada for a long time and they're doing a wonderful job.

Pam, you could come and visit and see mine. If not, you could check out the virtual show at www.bettabreederscanada.com (http://www.bettabreederscanada.com) .

First I have to over come my fear of flying. I tried to get Jay to pick me up in his bus so I could visit him and Mel, but no such luck.
