to raise money for

Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC)

today

Saturday May 9th.

So why not drop by for a hot dog or hamburger. All money raised goes directly to Crohn's and Colitis Research.

I'll be dropping by the New West M & M Shop for lunch today.

I'll be there at the local one here in New West!... looks like the weather here is going to be perfect for it. It means I don't have to cook and the funds raised are going to a good cause. :yes:

I officially dub them MMMMM & MMMMM Meat Shop! The only bad/good thing about the event was the line-up. It was a beautiful day for it so they had a great turnout.

We made $1450 at my location which was good considering the weather wasn't that great. Even did okay selling the ice cream bars new for this year. Hope the weather's better for next year!!

I arrived just as they were packing things up here, but was still able to make a donation.

They sure have a lot of great pre-packaged meals there, picked up some marinated kabobs. (Delicious)

Wait a sec... ice cream bars?... I will not be tardy next year.

It's May 7, 2011 this year and we will have ice cream bars again this year. 2.50 gets you a burger or hot dog, chips and a drink and all proceeds go to Crohns and Colitis Foundation of Canada. So help fundraise and get some good eats too!!

Thanks for the reminder. It may be pouring rain here but it won't stop me from grabbing a burger for a worthy cause. Kudos to all those volunteers out there in the rain working to make a difference. :notworthy: Help make their efforts worthwhile, folks, and stop by your local M'n'M Meat Shop today. (and if it's raining in your neck of the wood, who cares... you still have to eat and a BBQ'd burger is great any time! ::D: )
