There has been some confusion on and off about auction emails. I think the problem is two-fold. One, our immediate instinct is to click the reply button to respond and was in the wording of the emails generated by the auction software. So, in an attempt to rectify this, I have reworded some of the emails. I have also changed the 'From:' email address.
You will notice that effective immediately when you receive email notifications from the auction they will be from:
auction_administration@canadianaquariumconnection. com (auction_administration@canadianaquariumconnection .com)
whereas they used to be from cacadmin@canadianaquariumconnection.com
This is to help you more easily identify auction emails as such. Please do not reply directly to any of these if they are regarding inquiries about an auction listing or are notifications of successful sales or bids. Instead, contact the member as indicated in the email. Thanks! ::D:
