Thanks for the links to Day 1 and Day 2 of the expedition. As you mentioned, we can follow along at their site. Here's a link to the Coral finding expedition http://www.findingcoral.com/. Day 3 which is on their site shows the footage of the first dive, and includes sponges and fish (no coral located on their first dive).
For anyone who isn't familiar with BC, Day 2 footage on the board shows them in the inner harbor in Vancouver and the end shows them sail out in the outer harbor (having passed under the Lions Gate Bridge which you see in the background.)
The dives are up the coast in Queen Charlotte Sound. These will be especially interesting for us to watch as it's in Canadian waters.

The expedtion has concluded and they found over 14 species of coral. Have a look at some of these beautiful corals (pictures and videos) here (http://www.findingcoral.com/).
