thanks Jay, I just cant seem to figure out the proper settings to capture the true colors of the plants etc. The discus came out a touch darker than normal and my camera didn't pick up the red in some of the plants. I guess with the white background it just reflects green on every other color.

Are you using a flash or not?

no flash

The flash might help pick up some of those colors. Give it a try (just don't scare the fish...lol). Just remember to angle the flash away from the glass so as not to get the reflected glare.

Absolutely stunning. I would love to have Discus.... I would love to have most things you people post pics of so you could just stop encouraging my addiction anytime now  .

The tank is awesome too - love the aquascaping. Lots of open space yet lots of refuge.

The pic with the Cory really shows their size - their eye is almost as big as the Cory's head is....lol.

For you Discus fans, a while ago Pacific Aquatics (http://www.pacificaquatics.ca) had some Jack Whattley (sp?) Discus in. I don't know if he's continued to bring them in or not, but he may order again anyway if enough people are interested. He's based in BC but also ships. It doesn't get much more premium than Jack's Discuss.:notworthy:

Thanks for sharing the pic's - keep 'em coming!

I really like the look of the tank and aquascaping, has a nice island look to it. Colours on the fish are nice - are they Red Spotted Greens?

My guess is Royal Blue cross Pigeon Blood strain. I had a Royal Blue Cross Red Turq, intermediate stage - he was my fav.
