Haha, talk about water change :wideeyed: , never been so easy :twitcy:
The good thing is that they are the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see before sleeping :notworthy:

Way cool. I don't have enough counter space for something like that  . How big is the tank?

Thanks for the kind words!
It is a 5G. Actually it doesn't take up too much room. I just have to clean up all the junks laying on the counter top:swoon:
Here is another angle:

I wonder if they make faces in the mirror when you're not looking?
I wonder if its time I found something worth wondering about?

Nice tank would love to do that but the upstairs bathroom has very little counter space and the downstairs one all power goes off when the light switch is off. Just incase someone leaves a straightner etc. plugin and forgets.

Hmm, I don't want to sound negative, but the loaches seem very pale...
I think they would prefer a bit more cover, they should be about this dark:

They are very secretive little buggers. I was donated two of them from a friend a while back. I kept them in a tank a lot like yours, and they were very stressed, so I moved them to a heavily planted tank. It is a bummer that I only ever see them once in a blue moon now, but they look a lot happier. I like the tank, but in a bright open spot like that, I think it might be better suited to some less shy fish...

Yes, they were pale when I first put them in the tank. They are now a lot darker. Usually they hide underneth the MASK  but they are quite active most of the time.

There's several species sold under the common name 'Khuli Loach', so it may be a different species.

Just looked at the photo again. Are they the Albino colored ones by any chance? Whitish with pinkish stripes/spots? I've heard about them but I've never seen them.

I think they are the normal one. Technically, the fish are not mine. They belongs to a friend of mine, who just join the Canadian Arm Force to protect our country :notworthy:
I promise him to take care the fish for the next few years:smile: , since this is the last thing I can do for him.

You'll have to tell him we all said hello and have him pop in occasionally  .

Sure thing Melody, if he ever call me back ;)
I should have ask him to bring the loaches with him as army pet.
