Aquarium canopies with LED lighting are available and also people have used currently available LED lights and strings of LED lights to retrofit existing canopies. For those of you who have struggled with all that wiring to retrofit to LED lighting or those of you who have shied away from it because of all the work involved, you will be happy to know something new is coming to the aquarium market: Flexible LED light strips.
