Many of us eagerly await publication of the next issue of our favorite fishkeeping magazine. Or watch for releases of newly published books on the subject. However, a resource which is minimally tapped is the magazine or newletter published by local fish clubs. These often contain articles of interest not only to local club members but to others in the broader fishkeepring community.

Do you belong to a local fish club? Does you club publish a magazine or newsletter? Is it available on line for non-members to view as well? If so, let us know. The more information shared within the fish-keeping community, the more we all benefit.

The Calgary Aquarium Society has had some issues with the Calquarium so have not published since last December. However, we have a new editor who has some great ideas and I'm sure he'll get it going for us!! It's available on our website but to members only. The International Betta Congress publishes every 2nd month and available to members only online or in paper copy. They have an excellent magazine for us bettaholics!!

CAFE publishes a monthly "In Seine Menu" but the current one is not public. They keep a few samples posted for prospective members to read though. The hope is that it will show we have more to offer than a monthly meeting. The samples are available here (http://www.champaignfish.com/archives/index.html) .
