Has been found by fishermen off the coast of Jersey.

Similar tongue-eating isopods have been found in the UK before, and have caused damage to fish stocks (http://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/pfk/pages/item.php?news=721) on fish farms globally.

Yuck! I think it was very apropos that they referred to it as a "gruesome parasite"
