Lovely day for a show and auction. Lots of stuff, more than I have seen at the last 2 auctions. I left at 5 and they were still at table N. The show had lots of entries.
Spent the day with mdfa.ca (Margaret and her son). Her son had his first taste of being a runner.
I actually came home for the very first time from a big auction with out any cories!!! There was lots of them, but I resisted.
What did I get:
Green shrimp

Java Windlove (sp) attached to a breeding cave.
Amecas, Ivory diffusa and spixis to add to my blood lines

I also met owner of Bay City Bettas for the first time. We have been dealing snails back and forth for years and it was nice to finally put a face to the name.

Sounds like you had fun. So you had will power when it came to cories this time eh? That's because there were amecas there to tempt you instead. New snails to add to your breeding colinies? New blood might entice them into mating. Results: more clutches.
I'm eager to hear what Margaret couldn't resist and brought home and BayCityBettas, too, is she happens to drop by.

Margaret had lots on her list and I think got most of it, but I will let her share that with you.

I am not sure what Baycitybettas bought, we did not meet til the end.
