So, my can of shrimp eggs/cysts is nearly done. I hatch 1/2 teaspoon daily so a can lasts quite a long time for me. The last eggs I bought were NABS brand, and I think the hatch rate was a lower percent (I recall 75%, perhaps lower?).
Where can I get good eggs these days? Since a can lasts quite a while for me, I'd like to get a better hatch out rate.

You can get lots of different hatch rate ratings at this place but I don't know whether they ship to Canada.

Yup, they do ship here, and I've always heard good things about them. It's cool enough now to ship eggs without heat hurting hatch rates.
Don't ship via UPS unless you want to be hit with $40 in brokerage charges, while they hold your parcel hostage at the door.

I checked out the site... Yikes, quoted shipping charges for a single can are $39.23 (USD even) and only give UPS as an option. Does anyone have a Canadian source for good stuff?

Andrew brine shrimp eggs are getting scarce up here. Mops only has the little vial, same with pets and ponds last I looked. I did manage to find the bottle at big Als.

Andrew, have you checked with our sponsors: Pacific Aquatics (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/announcement.php?f=76) and April's Aquarium (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/announcement.php?f=77)? Both ship.
Canadian Aquatics (http://www.canadianaquatics.com) has some listed (70% hatch rate) but it sounds like you're looking for a higher hatch rate.

Jay, I'll check with those sponsors to see what they've got.
Fairly locally to me, I found 75% hate rate eggs (listed at johnsfishfood.com). He makes a trip to my area once a month.
I looked up where I bought my last batch some time ago, and they have 85% hatch rate eggs listed (ultimatesponge.com). This fellow used to be active on aquabid, but they don't seem to have any auctions going.

Phone brine shrimp direct. You can work out a better price for shipping once it's cold enough (like now). The site price is for summer shipping when slow transit means deterioration.

Thanks Gary, I'll give them a shout.
