Question about payment

I'd like to buy some plants from other members that ship but I have no credit card or paypal. How would I pay for my purchases? Would I put some money in an envelope and mail it to them?

Not a good idea. Other options: money orders or email money transfers. It would depend on what the person doing the selling wishes.
