Thanks for bringing that to our attention. At the very least, ask your retailer if they're captive bred or wild-caught.
That's just a shame. We need to correct any damage done by hobbyists. I hope more people start breeding them. There's no excuse for depleting wild stocks when they can be bred in captivity, and certainly not depleting them to a point of being threatened even if they can't be bred in captivity. We don't need a certain species of fish that bad.:no:
