My Nerite snails have decided after many months to finally lay some eggs. They are just in a freshwater aquarium so they won't hatch. I was thinking about setting up a small tank for hatching nerites but changed my mind. Seems like it will just be more hassle than its worth.

Just a few one night

Many more the next night.

congrats, you must be taking good care of them.

i also have nerites and they are also laying eggs... im also considering raising the eggs and i know bae3 has a good link for breeding them. you just have to scroll to the bottom of said link and one guy writes out a way of doing it.

im almost considering that specific way of doing has it seems very little hastle and then theres the bragging rights for breeding nerites :P

They lay eggs everywhere and can be a total pain, but they're worth it  .
