They're gonna love that tank... you saw the sparse utilitarian fry grow-out tank I had them in... now are going to get a beautifully planted tank. They'll think they're in heaven!:D The bigger platys I'm sure are also thrilled with sooooooo much room to explore in the big tank! (they're likely to get lost! )

they're actually all swarming around the breeder box cause of the 2 females in there - crazy boys!
the female is so pregnant i didn't want to take any chances of her dropping the the 96, she's big enough for the big tank but the 25 will be a good place for her to drop her fry.
I just love them!

Good looking tank, I like the idea of the big Java fern front and center, it looks good.
Not something I would have thought of !

I was so impressed with the interior of the tank, Ms. Fishykisses, that I never noticed that you have a carved wooden puzzle fish on top... is it a puzzle box too? I've seen many wooden puzzle boxes but never a fish.

it's not a box but it is a puzzle. My whole family knows what fish nut i am and my grandma saw it on saltspring island and got it for me.
It's handcrafted by Dave Evans and it's made from Walnut wood

hmm upon checking the link - it appears that the website isn't working. I'll leave this up for now incase it's just my screwy computer...if it's still not up in a day, i'll take the link off.
I just found this link that works

It's beautiful. I love wood carvings. Maybe the site is down temporarily. Maybe I'll do a search on Dave Evans the carver.
