last couple episode was great.

The guy caught a huge 80 lb red tail cat. roughly 4 ft long

Last week was very informative. I didn't heard what the fish name of the is, but it got into a human through where the light don't shine and started eating away at his inside and living in there..

Another scientist found a corpse full of another type of human eating fish a.. :GEEK: a huge 2 gallon jar of preserved fish.

a good show last night... the guy tested fish ferocity (but when you stress fish (kiddy pool full of red belly piranahs + himself), I was not surprised they disn't go into frenzy.

He also caught a hude fanged piranah relative and also some kind of catfish as big as my thigh... I want this guy's job!!!!!

I love the Discovery Channel, although I rarely watch TV these days so I haven't seen anything lately. They can take topics that I don't even think I'm interested in, and completely fascinate me.

I watched a program called Hooked on these invasive Snakehead fish. They are really cool but they eat everything. I had a dream that night that one of my snails was actually a snake head and I didnt know what to do with it! haha.

I <3 Discovery Channel

I don't get the Discovery Channel so have to wait until the shows are aired on other stations (which some do, long after they have been seen on Discovery). Some of these shows are amazing.

We LOVE this show...although I missed the part about the dolphins. What was up with the bump on the head? Also they were a fresh water dolphin?

I laughed when the host was in the water and all the dolphins were poking at him.

I found it interesting about how the pianaha smell fear or distress. the bus thing EEEWWWWW! and so sad!

I cracked up with the Aligator Gar and he kept getting cut. Even from the scales. WOW but that was a monster!!!!! Is that the Gar they sell in the stores?

the the amazon dolphin is one of only 2 (I think) species of freshwater dolphins. The other is in China (Yangtzé river...threatened by dams)

Very low eyesigth (blackwater) but the "melon" on the head is the sonar emitter-receiver... oversized!

Cool animals!

I see them for sale here from time to time... It erks me that people buy fish that grow to 14ft long but never plan on providing them with the required space for them to grow.
